• All orders are handmade and require 2-5 business days for processing before shipping.
• Custom or personalized orders may take up to 7 business days to be crafted.

We offer worldwide shipping. The estimated delivery times depend on the destination:

3. Customs & Import Taxes

• Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at dustivy.store@gmail.com.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.

5. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
